Homenity works through a simple  process:

  • Step 1 - Plan - After contacting Homenity, you complete a quick questionnaire about the project.
     
  • Step 2 - Scope - Homenity writes a detailed project scope that specifies the project details and the materials that you are looking to install.
      
  • Step 3 - Bid - Homenity sends the scope to several contractors for bidding.  We answer any questions and get the best prices from the best contractors. 
     
  • Step 4 - Contract -  Homenity works with you to determine which proposal provides the best value for your needs and project. 

Is Homenity a Contractor?


Homenity works as your representative to the general contractor.  We have agreements with contractors to provide them your business and assist them with planning projects that allows them to save marketing and administrative costs.  We focus on planning, bidding, and scoping to make contracting easier.
